Jenkyn Place was historically a hop farm, growing some of the most highly prized hops in the whole of Britain. These same chalky Hampshire soils are now home to our much-loved grapes. Our award-winning wines are vinified in the traditional Champagne method by our talented winemaker Dermot Sugrue. They spend a minimum three years on lees before release. Quality control is paramount throughout the whole process – from the design, planting and tending of the vineyards to the actual production of the wines. The results are a stunning range of sparkling wines, fresh, elegant and characteristically English. A perfect accompaniment for any wedding.
